Cutiva Labs Shipping Policy

At Cutiva Labs, we are committed to delivering your high-performance skincare quickly and safely. Please review our shipping procedures below to understand how and when your order will arrive.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and carefully packed at our facility before shipment to ensure your glass bottles arrive intact.

  • Processing Window: Please allow 48 to 72 hours (2–3 business days) for us to prepare your order.

  • Business Days: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major holidays.

  • Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order. A second email with tracking information will be sent once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Times & Estimates

Once your order has been processed and handed over to the carrier, the estimated delivery time depends on your location.

Note: These times are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, local postal service delays, or peak seasonal demand.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking link to update with the initial scan data after you receive the email.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • Cutiva is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

  • If you notice an error, please email support@cutivalabs.com immediately. We will do our best to update it if the order has not yet been processed, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order is placed.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) once it reaches your destination country.

  • Cutiva is not responsible for these charges.

  • These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer as the importer of record.

6. Lost or Undelivered Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it:

  1. Check your immediate surroundings (mailbox, porch, reception).

  2. Check with neighbors or household members.

  3. If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours, please contact us at support@cutivalabs.com so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
